- Identify, attract and evaluate strategic partners and investors
- Assist in rationalizing operations and advise on balance sheet restructuring, re-financing and re-capitalization
- Advise shareholders on exits through Management Buyouts and Trade Sales.
- Assist in structuring and raising long term debt for projects and acquisitions through a network of local and international banks.
